*The Box Office opens approx. 30 min. before show time.

*We are CASH ONLY at the Box Office/Will-Call area at the theater but you may use a Debit/Credit card to purchase tickets online in advance through TrepanyHouse.tix.com or just go to our Calendar for ticket links.

*We do NOT do refunds or ticket transfers

*5 min. after showtime we release all un-claimed tickets to those on the Waiting List. We cannot guarantee you a seat after showtime but we will do our best to find you a seat or find you Standing Room.
